In the house that combines modern work environment, there are under the same roof Estonian Open Air Museum’s Rural Architecture Centre, Estonian Woodhouse Association and Cluster, Timber Club (Puiduklubi) and consortium enterprise Tehasemaja. There is an outside study pavillion with open air space created especially for trainings and seminars. Showroom-exposition ground is open for all museum visitors and partners, local people and foreign visitors.
The Centre’s architectural concept is Nordic COMPACT, an award winning project that won the title of “Pre-Fab House of the Year” in among more than 100 presented projects. Nordic COMPACT was created in cooperation with Nordic Houses OÜ and Trilog Studio architects.
